you can attend this retreat on zoom with nina be & sarah b

from the comfort of your home practice space.

we invite you to create on open, clean quiet nest with your yoga mat, journal, art supplies and lots of pillows and blankets, a candle for blessings and wishes and a large paper for your collage ideas from scrapbooks, magazines and memories.

a replay of both days will be available and sent out within 24 hours of each live session.

day one

We will begin on 12/18 with a pm practice of calming movement and breathing guided by Nina and oracle cards pulled by Sarah to support you in receiving your highest visions to manifest in your new year.

We will then journal with the insight the cards offered us and Nina will provide us with expressive writing prompts like the ones offered above on this page.

We will then seed and sow our realizations into a collage/image/vision board so that we can grow them into being in the new year.

We will complete with a chakra tapping realization before sleeping to provide more support for accessing the dream realm to lov-evolve your life.

day two

On 12/19 we will rise from the dream realm to connect in the early hours of the morning where we will begin with morning rituals that you can introduce into your daily self-care practice to fortify your focus, strengthen your mindbody-heart connection and clarify your creativity.

Our morning re(treat) offers gentle opening, with the sacred geometry of yoga practice, breathing and a card pull with your guides. You'll be all fluffed up and open from practice the night before, so you'll be ready to receive deep magick and revelations from the higher realms.

We will close with a manifestation affirmation practice for your new year.

about nina and sarah

nina be

nina be is the founder of mindbody centering yoga, one of the first trauma-sensitive yoga techniques. she is also the founder of a global non-profit, LiveGlobally, which serves women, children and communities needing trauma relief, across the US, in Costa Rica and Kenya.

nina be (MA., MED., E-RYT-500, DY-800, NCC #87024, C-IAYT) has facilitated psychosomatic yoga therapy internationally for over 45 years. she is a certified yoga therapist, dance-theatre artist, author, and consultant, with a master's degrees in performing arts and counseling.

with over 30,000 hours of study, she facilitates MBCY RYT 200/300/500 trainings, mindbody meditations and trauma-informed therapy for individuals, families, groups and corporations in the Plum Village lineage.

nina be & her team have published two books; The Mastery of the Self, a MindBody Centering

Yoga Manual, and The Journey Journal::10 Promises towards a Path to Inner Peace (a journal of expressive arts).

@centering.life online certifications courses offer a trauma-informed approach for therapists, parents, students, nurses, teachers, caregivers, and yoga teachers. nina be facilitates these programs live to support transforming trauma through embodied movement, the visual and verbal arts.

sarah buckner

sarah elizabeth-borst buckner is a somatic, spiritual and creative coach and consultant, multi-passionate artist, photo witch and higher self embodiment doula serving heart-based leaders, visionary entrepreneurs and artists on their non-linear journey of healing, awakening, empowerment, embodiment, self-realization and revolutionary self-love through 1:1 mentorship, intuitive readings, photo ceremonies and her online spiritual self-care membership, the blood, bone and honey pot.

sarah supports her clients in accessing their personal power, deepening intimacy with their bodies, breath and intuition and self-caring in a way that hits the spot so that they can embody their Higher Self in their leadership, relationships and purpose work.

sarah has a bachelor of fine arts from savannah college of art and design and a master of fine arts from duke university.

while in graduate school at duke, sarah began studying with nina be to deepen her knowledge and relationship to her own body, heart and mind with the intention and prayer to create beautiful and sacred spaces, practices and experiences for women to be in community, connection and conherence with themselves, each other and the world.

almost a decade later, sarah has continued deepening her studies in the healing arts and now offers trauma-informed somatic movement, asana, breathwork, meditation and visualization to support mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health as a part of her practice and praxis to her clients all over the world.
