"Wow, there are no words to describe how wonderful of an experience my maternity boudoir shoot was for me. This was my first pregnancy and though I’ve loved my body in the past, this journey to motherhood brought a whole new sense of appreciation and amazement for all my body is capable of. I had never done a boudoir shoot in the past, but when I looked over Sarah’s site I knew immediately this was how I wanted to capture this point in time in my life.

When I met Sarah virtually for our initial consult, her warm light and positive energy made me feel so comfortable. I knew instantly I needed to work with her! During that first call, she took the time to understand my desires for the shoot beyond the aesthetics, down to the emotional and spiritual levels. I knew I could trust her with my vulnerability.

On the day, the shoot was nothing short of magical. Our collaboration and flow was seamless. Sarah truly anticipated my feelings and needs both prior to and during the shoot, which gave me the space to feel free and comfortable to play and be my true self. Having my husband join in for some of the shots was also such a sweet experience and we’ll cherish those moments and photos forever.

As your Higher Self Embodiment Doula, Somatic and Spiritual Coach, Photo Witch and Ceremonialist I am devoted to designing and co-creating a space with you that feels sacred, resonant and aligned with where you are and where you are ready to go in your journey of revolutionary self-love, self-expression, self-empowerment and self-realization.

I get that being in front of the camera can be a vulnerable experience and bring up sensations and stories in the mind and body.

My approach to photographing is informed by a decade of trauma informed training in the classical, somatic and healing arts with a devotion to documentary style image making that holds space for you to explore, express and be all of who you are becoming in every breath.

As a Higher Self Embodiment Doula, Coach and Mind Body practitioner my specialty lies in guiding you through the process of being photographed in a way that supports you in feeling present, embodied and integrated while holding space for your unfolding, unraveling and inner-revealing.

Like the blossoming of a flower; from bud to blossom, each photoshoot is curated with your Highest Self in heart, mind, soul and spirit.

Any human-being who wants to honor the Divinity within their Humanity is welcome in the Blood, Bone and Honey Boudoir Photo Space.

Location options for your boudoir experience include access to forests, meadows, rolling hills, waterfalls and bodies of sacred water. In addition, we also have access to a few indoor locations for an additional small booking fee.

Boudoir Initiation

A full day of photo magick. This can be broken into a morning and afternoon shoot in the same day, or we can start with an afternoon shoot, then finish up that next morning. If you'd like to spread these shoots out over a moon cycle, you're welcome to do that as well. We can discuss your preference on your consult.

Working with Sarah was amazing! After gaining about 25 pounds within a few months of dealing with anxiety and emotional eating, I was ready to make a change. I wanted to challenge myself to do something outside of my comfort zone, and shooting with Sarah was the perfect way to shake up a lifestyle that had become far too reliant on comfortable habits. She made it so easy to open up, and I felt so empowered during the entire process. Her warmth and technical knowledge combined made me feel like I was in good hands during the shoot, and the final products were so beautiful and fierce, and were such an instrumental part of my journey towards irreverently and unconditionally loving my body.

While I've always been self-confident, this past year I went through a breakup that made me question everything about myself: from my personality to my physical appearance. I became crippled with self doubt and low self esteem. After months of doing the work and finally feeling like myself again- Sarah came into my life. From the moment we connected, I felt safe to be myself and comfortable to show her, and the camera, the woman I've always been deep down. My boudoir shoot reminded me that the confident woman I was on the inside, had always been there all along, and Sarah was able to capture my true spirit like no one ever has. I promised myself early in the summer that I would reach out to Sarah about doing a boudoir shoot. I’ve spent the majority of my life terrified of having my picture taken so I knew it would be out of my comfort zone. But that comfort zone was getting smaller and smaller. So, after a period of time that seemed to be filled by loss, of myself, of others, I wanted to reclaim my wellness and reclaim my body.
